Healthy meal times

 

The right nutrition is vital to raising a healthy and happy child. Our in-house chef prepares seasonal freshly cooked organic food at every mealtime and can cater to dietary needs. We organise regular cooking classes to inspire children to learn about healthy eating habits, fresh diverse ingredients and multicultural food. 

The children help with the preparation and practise skills such as laying the table, cutting food and cooking. 

We share the philosophy that we are what we eat. Therefore, we believe that by teaching our children about heathy eating habits and diverse foods from different cultures we are adding to their curiosity about our world, as well as the importance of sustaining it.
